In various organization the dynamics are dramatically different and so the approaches to handle change. Being a Community of Practice is the source of innovation and advancement. People in the same community might care about a common issue, but they may, or may not know each other enough to learn together. How would they be able to take responsibility of their passion and contributions, even start some action?
This may be one of the most cared about issues for many non-profitable organizations, communities, institutions or other forms of communities, even non-official communities or even internal networks in the profitable organizations. We assist the people who care about the issue and who hope to bring about their influence through the community force, allowing them to encourage community participation, to trigger more passion and possibilities of action. Through a respectful environment and open discussion, they could learn from themselves and also grow and make contributions together with others who care about the same issue.

From past experiences, we realize that in order to help the organization to develop, it is inevitable to help the individuals to grow. For the organization to operate well, its members must possess sufficient group skills. This aspect of learning involves a person’s OWN CHANGE, instead of the simple learning of logical thinking and memorization. The so-called PERSONAL MASTERY, means not only the simple changes in behavior or habits, it also requires the change in the recognition of self-image, change in the recognition of certain values and beliefs, perspectives of the world, and relations with other members. Sometimes, when facing change, one must adjust him/herself from time to time, to be more flexible. The ability of the leaders in the organization to change and adjust is often the key to a better development of the organization. We learn, develop and apply personal techniques in this field, to help individuals in a group to help him/herself and others to work more happily, and to allow the whole group and organization to present a better performance at the same time.
