To help client achieve sustainable success, Open Quest takes a whole-system and long-term perspective when designing intervention.
Open Quest has strong expertise and rich experience in supporting the change and development of various kinds of organizations, while client’s own their first-hand experience and information regarding the organization. Besides, it is very likely that the clients already have the wisdom and insights needed to address the challenges.
Hence, it is important that Open Quest and the clients have a close collaboration throughout the project cycle, from the beginning to the end. Meanwhile the objectives, boundaries, and the process of the project may be clarified and dynamically adjusted.
filing stage
Discuss with decision makers to clarify the background of needs, the scope of the project, and the expectations of decision makers for the project. Based on the information provided by the decision makers, Open Quest will draw up a preliminary proposal and provide quotations after discussions with the decision makers.
preparatory stage
Through data collection, we can understand the views of key stakeholders in the project and serve as an important basis for process design. The specific method of data collection depends on the situation of the project, and possible methods include one-on-one interviews, focus groups, questionnaires and assessments, etc. After the data collection and analysis are completed, Open Quest will further confirm the program content and process design.
execution phase
The execution phase executes the program content for the client organization. Possible content such as workshop guidance, that is, through customized meeting or workshop process design, to help participants conduct in-depth discussions on key issues of the organization to build consensus, form decisions and actions; or organizational empowerment training to help Develop the knowledge and competencies required by members of the organization. retrospective phase
After the program has been implemented, review with decision makers the process of implementation and how the organization has progressed since the program was implemented. Open Quest will share observations with decision makers during the implementation of the program, discuss and reflect with decision makers, and explore next-generation options to support the continued development of the client organization.

At this stage we discuss with the sponsor regarding the request context, the project scope, and the sponsor’s expectation. After discussion, we will provide an initial design and quotation based on the information provided.

At this stage, data is collected to understand the perspectives of key stakeholders, which will be used as an input for the design of the intervention. The actual data collection methods will be selected according to the context of each project, including one-on-one interview, focus group, survey, assessment, etc. After the data is collected and analyzed, Open Quest will confirm the design with the sponsor.

3. Implementation
At this stage the intervention is implemented. One type of intervention is facilitation workshop, where customized process is designed to support participants to have deep discussion on critical issues, to reach consensus, and to come up with decision and action. Another type of intervention is training program, which is meant to equip the members of the client organization with the knowledge and capability needed for the future development of the organization. After the intervention is implemented, we would review the implementation stage and the progress after the intervention with the sponsor. We will share our insights, conduct reflection, and explore following options with the sponsor to support the sustainable development of the organization.
